Self-adhesive fasteners „mushrooms“ 3M Dual Lock™

If you press the fasteners to each other, a click will sound, meaning that thousands of small fungi hooked on both sides with hats. Connection happened. A special form of fungi provides a dense and reliable fastening, and the durable material from which they are made allows you to carry out thousands connections and disconnections cycles.
Dual-Lock is produced with different density of fungi on the surface:
– 250 pieces per square inch (~ 39 pieces / sq. cm) – the most versatile, basic system.
– 170 pieces per square inch (~ 26 pieces / sq. cm) and 400 pieces per square inch (~ 62 pieces / sq. cm) – additional systems for adjusting the strength of the joint.
All these systems are compatible with each other. Their combinations make it possible to get a compound of different strengths: 170 + 250 (least durable) <170 + 400 <250 + 250 <250 + 400 (most durable). Combinations 170 + 170 and 400 + 400 are not recommended.
Application:
Signs, outdoor advertising and details of commercial premises design, which are often updated. Mounting of wall panels and elements in the interior of the car. Mysterious hatches for fast communication.
