Features
- Translucent lid
The lid consists of two parts and is made of impact-resistant plastic. When opened, it folds to take up less space. A large window allows you to control the material consumption and monitor the entire printing process. - Strong metal chassis
Made of cast aluminum. All components are mounted on a robust chassis. - Label peel-off function (optional)
The label is separated from the substrate using a special plate. Auxiliary rollers for winding the substrate ensure accurate printing and application (when using an applicator). - Interface for connecting peripheral devices
Convenient connection of additional modules. All peripheral devices are connected to the printer using two protrusions and fixed with one screw. - Ribbon holders
Shafts consisting of three diverging parts provide quick and easy replacement of ribbon rolls. - Material roll holder
A roll stopper with a spring mechanism holds the material roll during unwinding, which ensures high printing accuracy. For heavy rolls with a spool diameter of 76 to 100 mm, it is recommended to use special adapters. - Internal winder (optional, only on models with label peeling)
It can be used to wind both an empty backing after peeling off labels, and a roll of finished printed labels without a spool (an additional winding plate is needed). The shaft, consisting of three diverging parts, ensures convenient roll removal. - Rocking mechanism
A reliable rocking mechanism with Teflon rollers compensates for tension at the start of printing, which increases printing accuracy.
Autonomous operation
Label designs are created using a special program or directly from a PC. Label formats, fonts and images, as well as variable data files are copied to an SD memory card, a USB flash drive or to the printer’s built-in memory (IFFS). Before printing, the necessary data is entered into the printer from the keyboard, using a barcode scanner, or sent from a computer.
