REACH означает «Регистрация, Оценка, Авторизация и Запрещение Химических Веществ» (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances). Регулируется директивой ЕС 1907\/2006, которая вступила в силу 1 июня 2007 г. и заменила предыдущие нормы содержания химических веществ в ЕС. Согласно нормам REACH, на работающие в ЕС компании накладываются обязательства в части веществ, которые они производят, импортируют, поставляют и\/или используют. Эти требования администрирует Европейское химическое агентство (European Chemicals Agency, ECHA).<\/p>\n
