Polyethylene 2333 white matte, destructible tamper-evident

Polietileniniai apsaugos lipdukai - plombos, suyrantys, 2333, balti

White matte polyethylene 2333 seal label. Destructible label that self destructs when trying to remove from the surface. Reinforced adhesive allows use on rough surfaces.

Main application
Universal sealing material.
It is used for sealing, protection against opening, unauthorized access and forgery of equipment, devices and other industrial products, as well as an inventory seal for long-term operation equipment.
Primary consumers: manufacturers of parts, components and assemblies for the automotive industry; manufacturers of electronics and household appliances; inventory label.
Material type Polyethylene, 50 microns
Label self destructs when trying to remove from the surface.
A fragile film with high resistance to moisture, oils and solvents.
Due to its high elasticity it can be used for curved, uneven and cylindrical surfaces.
The material is suitable for the production of small seals.
Inapplicable for sealing moving relative to each other surfaces.
Is not scratch and abrasion resistant.
Some surfaces may require the use of notched labels.
Operating temperature From -40°С to +80°С (short-term up to +150°С)
Continuous exposure to this temperature does not change the appearance of the label and does not affect the effect of destruction.
Adhesive (adhesive layer) 25 microns
Acrylic adhesive of high holding capacity, designed for use on complex surfaces, including low-energy polymers and surfaces with powder coating. Allows you to apply labels at a temperature of +2°C.
Color and appearance White matt
Does not glare, does not gleam, does not fade. Provides high contrast of barcodes and graphics.
Surface coating
Matte coating for thermal transfer printing using wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons (see list of recommended items). When using resin-ribbons, the resulting image is resistant to moisture and solvents. Conventional printing methods (flexography, letterpress, screen printing) can also be used.
Label application
For best results, it is recommended to apply the label on a clean, degreased, dry surface, press or roll it with a rubber roller, hold for 24 hours at room temperature.
