Premium VHB tapes

These are double-sided mounting tapes of 3M VHB Premium class on a soft base made of foamed acrylic polymer. The base is uniform and has a high elasticity and the ability to fill irregularities. The tape “wraps around” the surface structure of the material, ensuring the largest area and strength of the gluing. It is recommended for gluing embossed and rough surfaces.
Features and applications:
Series with a standard adhesive is suitable for joining metal, glass, some plastics, primed wood. It is characterized by good resistance to plastic migration during PVC bonding and is recommended for fixing vinyl decorative elements of cars, installing stamped parts from PVC on window frames, mounting vinyl boxes for wiring.
The series with reinforced adhesive has excellent adhesion to the composite films (except for PVC) and surfaces with powder coating. Often allows to avoid preliminary preparation of surfaces. Used for fastening panels from composite materials to a frame, mounting architectural signs to frames, gluing hard metal gaskets with powder paint to office furniture, shelves, safes and filing cabinets.
