Scotch carton packing and sealing tapes
| Tapes 3M Scotch TM for sealing boxes are easy to unwind, do not tear and do not burst longitudinally even through rough handling of boxes. Pressure sensitive Hot Melt adhesive has a high adhesion speed and can be used when other tapes do not work. Reinforced Scotch tape is recommended to be used wherever there is a risk of rupture or grinding of the usual packing tape – for heavy corrugated cardboard boxes, joining boxes on a pallet, fixing individual parts of the package. These tapes have proven themselves in household and tourism for attaching cargo to the trunk, fixing the elements of kayaks and catamarans to each other. Paper or PVC based tapes easily tear by hand. Their main area of application is the sealing of small boxes, packages and inner packaging. |
