Polyimide 5925

Labels polyimide 5925

High-temperature white glossy polyimide 5925 labels with reinforced adhesive are suitable for heat-resistant marking of electronic modules that are exposed to high temperatures and corrosive media during the production process. Also for marking of equipment that is exposed to constant temperatures above 200°C.

Heat resistant marking:

Main application Identification label
Technological labeling of electronic modules, that are exposed to high temperatures and corrosive media during the production process. Marking of equipment, that is exposed to constant temperatures above 200°C.
Main users: manufacturers of electronic modules and components.
Material type Polyimide, 50 microns
Optimal material for technological marking of printed circuit boards during assembly. Has excellent temperature and chemical resistance. Halogen free. Complies with industry standards (Pb Free, RoHS, Halogen Free, UL).
Operating temperature From -40°С to +125°С (up to 5 min +260°С, up to 90 s + 300°С)
The constant impact of this temperature does not change the properties and appearance of the label.
Adhesive (adhesive layer) Reinforced
Reinforced acrylic adhesive, polymerising under pressure. For rough and low-energy surfaces.
Color and appearance White
Ensures high contrast of barcodes, Data Matrix codes and graphics.
Surface coating Gloss smooth
Gloss coating suitable for thermal transfer printing using resin-ribbons (see list of recommended ribbons). The printed image is resistant to high temperature and washing during the process of production process of the printed circuit boards.
Labeling recommendations
For best result, it is recommended to apply the label on a clean, degreased, dry surface, press or roll it with a rubber roller, and incubate for 24 hours at room temperature.
