Process labels

Process labeling is an internal marking of product elements, blanks and semi-finished products in productions. Often applied during input or output control. It is not visible or tells nothing about the product to the end user, but it is indispensable for traceability, quality control and production management systems. The requirements for the labels depend on the production process – from economy and easy removable, leaving no glue residues to resistant to extreme heating, pressure or repeated washing during tire vulcanization or electronic modules soldering by a wave.

For printing, we recommend using a thermal label printer cab® (Germany). The printing is applied through an ink ribbon (ribbon), which differs in composition and is selected depending on the label material and application options (more in ribbon selection table).
We manufacture standard labels, as well as custom sizes, custom labels, blank labels, ready-to-print and ready-made labels according to the customer’s layout.
