3M adhesive transfer tapes for plastics, powder coated and embossed surfaces: 9471LE (adhesive 300LSE, 0.05mm), 9627 (adhesive 360, 0.13mm)

Base: Baseless

Adhesive: 3M acrylic adhesives with similar properties for hard-to-stick-to plastics, powder coated surfaces and slightly oily metals. These tapes have good resistance to UV, humidity, solvents. Tape 9627 with 3M 360 adhesive perfectly suits for instant bonding of difficult surfaces – 90% of maximum bonding within 10 minutes after applying.

Features and applications: Ensure excellent bonding of polyethylene, polypropylene, powder coated surfaces. Great for textured surfaces, foams and coated paper due to the quick “flow” in to the roughness of the material. Due to the good heat resistance, the tapes are suitable for mounting thermally loaded elements. Tapes 9627 are recommended for mounting radial stands and other stressed structures.
