93010LE, 93015LE, 93020LE – for plastic and powder coated surfaces. 9629PC – instant adhesion to plastic, including foam (90% adhesion 10 minutes after gluing). 96042 – for silicone, including foamed, and the most difficult polymers.
Base
Heat-resistant base, when glued does not deform and does not tear: 93010LE, 93015LE, 93020LE – PET transparent, 12μm. 9629PC – PET transparent, 12μm. PET black under the order. 96042 – PET white, 25μm.
Adhesive
3M adhesives for difficult to bond plastics, powder coated surfaces and slightly oily metals. They have good resistance to UV, humidity, solvents, heat: 93010LE (44 μm), 93015LE (70 μm), 93020LE (95 μm) – high-strength acrylic adhesive 3M 300LSE for layers, including polypropylene, and surfaces with powder paint. 9629PC (43μm) – 3M 360 acrylic adhesive with instant adhesion to complex plastics and foams. 96042 – (51μm) – silicone adhesive for bonding silicone, including foamed silicone.
Features and applications
Series 930LE – for bonding polyethylene, polypropylene, powder coated surfaces. Heat resistant. 9629PC – Suitable for textured surfaces and foams due to its rapid “wicking” in the unevenness of the material. Recommended for installation of radial struts and other stressed structures. 96042 is a unique tape for bonding smooth and foamed silicone and siliconized paper. Excellent thermal and chemical resistance.
