Thermal and chemical resistant masking tapes made of PET
Have high resistance to temperature (up to +204оС), solvents, mechanical impacts. Moisture- and vapor-impermeable.
Used for masking during powder coating and application of coatings by electrolysis, galvanization and anodizing. Used to protect the edges of parts during grinding and other mechanical processing methods. Protect the edges of seams from excess adhesives leaking out when bonding sheet materials with an overlap. Used for splicing webs and fixing roll materials, including siliconized ones. Used to protect printed circuit board sections during soldering at temperatures within +204оС .
High-temperature PI tapes
They are characterized by high heat resistance (up to +260оС), chemical resistance, low gas emission. Meet the requirements of REACH, RoHS standards.
For masking in the electrical, electronic, automotive, aerospace and medical industries. They are used to protect printed circuit board sections during wave and immersion soldering, during gold plating of contact pins, and during hot air solder alignment (HAL). Also they are used for thermal insulation of electric motors and electrical insulation of components (transformers, generators, motors, motor windings and large coils).
