The readability of a vertical or horizontal barcode is checked immediately after printing. If an unreadable code is detected, printing is stopped to remove the label. The tester can be used with a stripper, peeler and external rewinder.

Conductive covers for ESD zones

Available for all SQUIX series printers.

To protect against electrostatic discharge, the hinged cover is made of conductive plastic. Thanks to the use of carbon fiber, the cover is very robust and complies with ESD standards.

On request, the entire housing can be made of conductive material.

ESD compliance according to DIN EN 61340-5-1:2016

Surface resistance according to DIN IEC 60093 ≤ 10⁴ Ohm; the charge is reduced from 1000 V to 100 V in less than 2 seconds.

Food industry lids

Available for all series printers SQUIX.

The lid contains iron chips. Thus, fragments of the lid can be detected by a metal detector or an X-ray scanning system.

The blue surface of the lid serves for easy visual detection among food products.

On request, the entire body can be made of material with iron chips.

The material complies with food industry regulations such as EU no. 10/2011 and FDA CFR 21 177.2600.

Available for SQUIX 4 printers, for SQUIX 6 — on request.

To get the finished label, you need to open the front cover.

To replace consumables and service the printer, the front part of the case opens and the platform with the printer extends on telescopic rails. When cleaning the housing with a steam generator, the cover on the front part must be closed.

Optionally, the housing can be equipped with temperature and humidity control sensors.

Protection class IP69K, according to EN 60529.

Dust-proof housing for dusty rooms

Available for SQUIX printers 4, for SQUIX 6 — on request.

To get the finished label, you need to open the front cover.

Inside the case there is a fan equipped with a filter to create excess pressure — this prevents dust from getting inside the chassis.

PS800 Label Sensor

The sensor detects the label in peel-off mode. After removing the label from the backing, the next one peels off automatically.

Light barrier for automatic product detection on a conveyor belt.

I/O interface

Labeling starts with a PLC signal from a sensor or a manual switch. It can simultaneously send a message about the device status or error. It is standard for printers with a peel-off device, and for basic printers it is an option.

allows you to connect controllers to supply a signal to the I/O interface.

Up to 16 different labels per box can be selected from the memory card by a master control, e.g. PLC. Two boxes can be connected. The I/O box allows simple PLC control processes with four inputs and outputs each via abc programming.

CU cutter

The CU cutter serves for cutting off after printing: paper labels, self-adhesive labels, cardboard, textile or plastic tapes and heat-shrinkable tubes.

Roll materials such as heat shrink tube and textile tape are perforated after printing for manual separation later. Materials can also be cut.

RG guide plate for internal rewind

Internal rewind of the liner into a roll is available for printers with a label peeler. For this purpose, the peeler plate is replaced with the RG guide plate.

ER1, ER2 external rewinders for direct connection to the printer

The rewinder is mechanically connected to the label printer. Internal or external rewinding of the label roll is available. The pressure lever ensures tight and neat winding.

External ER4, ER6 rewinders with built-in power supply

The rewinder can be connected to any printer. Internal or external rewinding of the label roll is available. The pressure lever ensures tight and neat winding.

Label applicator S1000

The cab S1000 applicator paired with the SQUIX series printer is a cost-effective solution for semi-automatic labeling and is also suitable for in-line integration, with labels applied from top to bottom. After printing, the label is applied to the product to be marked using a stamp.

Label applicator S3200

The cab S3200 applicator installed on the SQUIX series printer is a cost-effective solution for semi-automatic labeling. It is also suitable for vertical integration into a production line. With the S3200, printed labels are automatically applied to the product to be labeled. The presence of a rotating cylinder axis adjustable in the range from 45° to 90° in the horizontal plane allows you to vary the angle of gluing the label to the surface.

Other data on maintenance, operation, peeling, air pressure adjustment, and the work process are similar to the cab S1000 applicator.

Stamps for gluing with pressure or compressed air are made according to the size of the label.

Label Dispenser cab S5104

For labeling product packaging on a conveyor belt. The product sensor detects the start of labeling. Separation begins at the moment the next label begins to print. The conveyor belt speed must be synchronized with the label printing speed. A light barrier can be used as a product sensor.
