Pb free means “Does not contain lead” (Pb – Latin Plumbum). Electrical and electronic parts and components that contain less than 0.1% lead by weight (either in any raw material or in the final product) and which also comply with the ROHS Directive 2002/95/EC regarding limiting lead content.
