REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical substances. Regulated by EU Directive 1907/2006, which came into force on 1 June 2007 and replaced previous EU chemical standards. REACH imposes obligations on companies operating in the EU regarding the substances they produce, import, supply and/or use. These requirements are administered by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
A removable adhesive is an adhesive layer characterized by low final adhesion to a wide range of surfaces. A label with this kind of adhesive can be removed from a surface without damaging the label or surface or leaving any adhesive residue.
Repositionable adhesive is an adhesive layer that allows the label to be reapplied to another location and does not limit the number of times it can be reapplied. Repositionable adhesive does not form permanent adhesion over time.
